What are your style sizing details?

Each of our styles has its own unique size chart to help you find the perfect fit.

What are your shipping details?

DIS OFFICE ships worldwide Monday through Friday, excluding major UK holidays. Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing. 

📦Need your pieces sooner? We offer Express DHL delivery for those who want their items ASAP. Please note that delivery times may vary due to payment processing, stock availability, or customs delays.

 

Do you have a physical store where I can try on your products?

We’re excited to announce that Pop-up events are coming in 2025! 🛍️Stay tuned for updates, and we hope to see you there.

Do you offer customization options for your styles?

Yes! For certain pieces, like our Coma Midi Dress, we offer customization and made-to-measure options. Just send your order number and body measurements to contact@disoffice.co, and we’ll take care of the rest 💗

 

Will you be restocking certain styles in the near future?

We don’t restock items to maintain their unique and timeless quality. 🫶🏻

How do I start a return or exchange?

If you’re outside the UK, please use our international returns and exchanges portal here. For international orders, there’s a £25 restocking fee, while domestic orders have a £15 fee.
